Traffix Node provides a platform that allows users to share their unused internet bandwidth in exchange for cryptocurrency rewards. The service operates via a software application installed on your device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and authentication credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must ensure that your internet service provider (ISP) allows bandwidth sharing. We are not liable for any account suspensions or fees imposed by your ISP.
• You agree not to manipulate or exploit the network to generate fraudulent rewards.

4. Payments and Rewards

Rewards are calculated based on the bandwidth shared and successfully utilized by the network. The rate per GB is subject to change based on market demand. Payments are made in USDT upon reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold. We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

The Traffix Node software, website, and all related content are the exclusive property of Traffix Node Architecture and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Traffix Node be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
